This is a medium+ bodied Washington Cabernet that over delivers both on the nose and palate. The 50% new oak compliments the complexity of fruit and earth. Cherry, sage and fennel on the nose, but the ripe juicy fruit is really the star. The long finish is all about the dark chocolate and tobacco. Drink now or hold for 7-8 years.
